These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FiveClaw's website, APIs, and MCP tools (collectively, the "Service"), operated by FiveClaw ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FiveClaw provides a suite of AI-powered development tools for FiveM server developers via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The platform includes:
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By accepting these Terms you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create accounts by automated means or under false pretenses, or share your API keys with others outside your licensed team.
FiveClaw offers Free, Pro ($23/month), and Enterprise ($59/month) plans. Plan features and pricing are described at fiveclaw.com/pricing and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.
Pro and Enterprise plans include a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required to begin a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the plan's monthly rate.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your paid subscription start date. All payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize FiveClaw to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Each plan includes a set number of API keys (Pro: 3, Enterprise: 10). API keys are for your personal or team use only. You are responsible for keeping keys confidential. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from your dashboard.
FiveClaw may enforce rate limits on tool calls to ensure fair usage and service availability. Excessive usage that impacts other users may result in temporary throttling or account review.
The FiveClaw name, logo, website, cloud MCP services, and documentation are owned by FiveClaw and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our express written permission.
fiveclaw-agent is open-source software. Its use is governed by its open-source license (see the GitHub repository for details), not these Terms.
You retain all rights to your source code, resources, and data. By using the cloud analysis tools you grant FiveClaw a limited, temporary license to process that content solely to provide the requested tool response. We do not claim ownership of your code.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. AI-GENERATED CODE ANALYSIS AND SUGGESTIONS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD BE REVIEWED BEFORE USE IN PRODUCTION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FIVECLAW AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO FIVECLAW IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FiveClaw and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may also modify, deprecate, or discontinue features of the Service. For paid plan features, we will provide reasonable advance notice of any material removals.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FiveClaw is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for IP or confidentiality violations.
