Custom Script — Terms of Service
These terms apply to custom script development requested through FiveClaw.
1. Scope of Work
FiveClaw will develop the custom FiveM script described in the accepted quote (the “Work”). The quote defines the deliverables, framework, and price. Anything not described in the quote is out of scope and may require a separate quote.
You are responsible for providing any server access, assets, credentials, or information reasonably needed to complete the Work. Delays in providing these may affect the timeline.
2. Payment & Deposits
Prices are quoted in USD and charged via Stripe. For larger projects, FiveClaw may require an upfront deposit; the remaining balance is payable as shown on your request. Work may not begin until the required payment(s) are received.
By paying, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to the amount shown.
3. Refunds & Revisions
Because the Work is custom development, payments are non-refundable once development has begun. Any deposit paid is non-refundable.
The quote includes the revision rounds stated in it. Additional changes beyond that scope are billed separately.
4. Delivery
Any delivery timeframe is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee, and may change based on scope, revision requests, third-party dependencies, or your responsiveness.
5. Licensing & Ownership
Unless the quote states otherwise, delivered scripts are licensed for use on your own FiveM server(s). You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Work. The Work may rely on third-party resources (e.g., ESX, QBCore, ox_lib) that you are responsible for owning or licensing separately.
6. Acceptable Use
You confirm your intended use of the Work complies with the FiveM / Cfx.re Terms of Service and applicable law. FiveClaw may decline work that violates those terms.
7. Support
Unless otherwise agreed, support covers fixes for defects in the delivered Work for a limited period stated in the quote. Ongoing maintenance or new features are billed separately.
8. Liability
The Work is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiveClaw is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Work.
9. Communication & Disputes
All project communication happens in your request thread. If you have an issue, contact FiveClaw to resolve it before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
For questions about these terms, reach us through your request thread. See also our general site Terms and Privacy Policy.
